Advanced Quality Planning: We establish clear quality requirements before production begins, including detailed Initial Production Inspections and preparation for Part Approval Process (PAP), ensuring your products are properly aligned from the outset.
Surprise Factory Audits: To maintain our high-quality standards, we conduct unscheduled, surprise visits to our partner factories. These surprise audits help ensure that quality processes are followed consistently, without prior notice, holding our suppliers accountable for maintaining the highest standards.

Once production is complete, we perform final inspections to verify that the products meet your exact requirements:

Material and Finish Testing: The first step in our post-production inspection is verifying the materials used. This includes chemical analysis of non-ferrous materials, hardness testing, and surface treatment inspections to ensure they align with your specifications.
Precise Measurements: We then conduct dimensional checks using advanced tools like optical vision systems, CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machines), and custom gauges to ensure that each part matches the required tolerances.
Packaging Validation: After confirming the dimensions, we inspect the packaging to ensure it meets your specifications, guaranteeing that your products will arrive safely and ready for use.
Complete Documentation: Finally, we manage all necessary documentation, including raw material certifications, coating/treatment reports, and dimensional inspection records, ensuring everything is meticulously documented.
